Secretary Staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree of Communication/Public Relations
  • Work experience 1-2 years as Corporate Communication/Public relations
  • Fluently in English both in oral & written
  • Computer literature (Microsoft Office)
  • Preferable have skills to operate Photoshop , Corel & any others graphic/visual software)
  • Strong analytical, dynamic & able to work both as independently & team
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
PAYROLL OFFICERRequirements:
  • Bachelor graduate from reputable university
  • Major: Accounting, Economics
  • Min GPA ≥ 3.00
  • Maximum 3 years related experience in a computerized accounting environment preferably within a payroll function
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good numerical skills, good attention to detail & excellent in operating Excel
TRAINING MANAGER
Requirements:
  • Have required experience as Training Manager position at least for 10 years in a service industry
  • English requirement : Advanced level
  • Candidate should have a strong personality, good manner, honest, friendly and sociable (good with people)
  • Energetic, self-motivated and excellent communication skills
  • Good team player, reliable person, and ability e to work independently under pressure & crisis situations
  • Knowledge & application knowledge of basic computer skills of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
  • Good leadership and management skills
  • Strong influencing skills and motivates people through these skills rather than directing skills.
  • Proven experience in designing and conducting ‘on the job training’ for local people.
  • Long-term supervisory experience, including ability to motivate, lead, set objectives and manage performance, including conflict resolution.
  • Advanced skills in personal computer use, data base management, statistical analysis of biological data, reporting and presentation.
  • Is easy to approach and spends extra effort to put others at ease.
  • Has strong feedback and coaching skills to develop and motivate people.
COMPENSATION & BENEFIT MANAGER

Requirements:
Technical :
  • Min. 10 years experience in Human Resources Management with in-depth exposure in Compensation and Benefit
  • Highly competent and field tested in all aspects of Compensation and Benefit, and Performance Management
  • Experienced in developing and transforming C&B systems and programs in support of performance objectives  and employee retention
  • Demonstrated ability to write or develop, implement and enforce Compensation and Benefit policy and programs
  • Firsthand experience and implementing salary restructuring
  • Manages, leads and develops the C&B Team
  • Develops the successor (the high potential C&B Specialist)
  • Builds and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management
  • Acts as the positive team member of the HR Management Team
  • Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
  • Leads different HR Projects (not just projects from the compensation and benefits area)
  • Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
  • Approves exceptions in the compensation of the individual employees
  • Trains HR Business Partners and line managers in the compensation area (pay-mix training, etc)
General:
  • Bachelor’s degree (S-1)  with relevant field or discipline.
  • High degree of interpersonal and communication skill is necessary to interact effectively with senior managers and users in line departments.

  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and HRIS Application
  • Excellent Communication skills
