Lowongan Bayan Resources - Jakarta | The Bayan Group is engaged in open cut mining of various coal quality from mines located primarily in East and South Kalimantan. Being an integrated coal producer in Indonesia the Bayan Group through its various mines, produces coal ranging from semi-soft coking coal to environmentally-friendly low sulphur, sub-bituminous coal. The Bayan Group, through various companies, has exclusive rights to mine under five Coal Contracts of Works (CCOWs) and three Kuasa Pertambangan’s (KPs) awarded by the Government of Indonesia over a total concession are of 81,265 Ha/ The Bayan Group coal resources and reserves have been independently verified and certified to international JORC standards by third-party mining consultant.

PT. Bayan Resources Tbk are one of the biggest coal mining companies in Indonesia. In line with our expansion plans and commitment to grow, we are seeking to recruit high caliber, creative, highly dedicated, and dynamic professional:


Scope of Job:
  • Prepare payment to Supplier with Payment Voucher
  • Reconcile balance and bank book
  • Input transaction of cash book into ACCPAC
  • Male/Female, age between 22 - 27 years old
  • Fresh graduate or having experiences at least  2 years in similar capacity
  • Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance
  • Computer literate: Ms. Office, Accpac (would be desired)
  • Good proficiency in English both oral & written

 Scope of Job:
  • Review monthly Financial Statement
  • Ensuring Financial Statement are accurate and on-time
  • Coordination with Consolidation team
  • Male/Female, age between 25 - 30 years old
  • Having experience minimum of 2-3 years in similar capacity
  • Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Communicative and able to work as a team
  • Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
  • Good proficiency in English both oral & written
Legal Counsel    
Job responsibility:
  • Advise the Bayan Group on and undertakes compliance activities in line with Indonesian laws and regulations, in particular those under the purview of BAPEPAM-LK, IDX, BKPM, and KESDM
  • Advise on capital market regulations and manage any corporate exercises that the Bayan Group may embark upon
  • Liaising with government authorities
  • Contract review and negotiations
  • Manage external lawyers
  • Manage litigation matters involving the Bayan Group
Requirements for the role:
  • S.H. with minimum 11+ years post qualification experience in a reputable law firm and/or large listed company. Exposure to corporate and litigation matters will be an advantage
  • Considerable interaction experience with BAPEPAM-LK and IDX
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia with good drafting/writing skills
  • Mature, pleasant personality, meticulous, team player with initiative to take a leadership role, strong time management skills
  • Computer literate and comfortable with MS Office
  • Senior associates of Tier 1 law firms looking for a switch from a law firm environment to an in-house position are encouraged to apply.
Risk Staff    

Scope of Job  :
  • Set up a separate risk management department to assess the risk faced by the Company and put in place policies to mitigate the risks
  • Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process
  • Monitoring and reviewing processes to ensure risk and compliance arrangements are in place
Requirement   :
  • Male / Female max. age 40 years old
  • Posses Bachelor Degree from recognized University, prefer holding a professional qualification from the Institute of Risk Management
  • Experiences in Risk Management for 2 years
  • Have excellent communication in English
Help desk / Administration Staff    

Main Responsibilities:
  • To perform the function of ICT Help Desk in the Department
  • To perform administrative activities in the ICT Department
General Qualifications:
  • D3 has a minimal education, Science Secretary.
  • Having a basic knowledge about ICT
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Initiative and understand the basic details needed to complete the job.
  • Mastering the English language both spoken and written
