Technical Support

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for delivering customer satisfaction and problem resolution to the client's customers for a particular account.
  • Responsible for adhering to client call handling protocol and procedures.
  • Responsible for interfacing with customers through the phone in a courteous and professional manner
  • Responsible for educating the customer on detailed product information.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical),
  • At least 2- 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Customer & Technical Complaint Service Head

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all activities in complaint service section
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve problems and expedite work
  • Resolve complaints and answer questions from customers about technical issues
  • Review and check work of subordinates such as reports, records, and applications to ensure accuracy and content as well as correct errors.
  • Observe and evaluate the performances of technical support and complaint support team
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
  • Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
  • Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
Requirements:
  • Max 40 years old

Sales Executive

Responsibilities:         
  • Build good relationship with customer, dealing with new customer
  • Prepare product Presentation for customers
  • Developing sales opportunites ( potential customer in area )
  • Work together with sales team to Achievie sales target
  • Responsible to prepare sales monthly report
  • Developing market and territorial
  • Analyze and evaluate market and competitor ectiviity
  • Act as a catalyst in company growth
Requirements:
  • Male with maximum age 28 years and must have an attractive appearance
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university ( preferable graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration)
  • Preferable have 2- 3 years experience in Consumer Goods, but Fresh Graduates with outstanding GPA are welcomed to apply
  • Excellent skill in achieving sales target ( volume and value ) and  distribution channel
  • Mastery of the computers (Ms. Office, Ms. Word, Internet)
  • Good English oral and writing, or other foreign languages

  • Consolidate monthly report in the region such as ( Key Performance Indicator)  KPI, market update, competitor’s activity, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Requirements:
