Business Development Manager
Solid Staga Lighting / LED
Jakarta Raya

Responsibility:

• # Responsible for business development and promote the Traxon Lighting brand (Solid Stage Lighting) or LED Lighting and ecue control l brand to both direct and indirect.
• # Look for new OSRAM business partner and develop relationships and maintain exisisting relationship with lighting and control specification customer such: providing the perfect lighting solution to Architects, lighting Designers, M & E Consultant/ Contractor, Interior Design, Landscape Architects and General Contractors , lighting control integrators, installers,.
• # Manage and coordinate the activities of commercial, projects and industrial based customer to ensure they meet targets aligned with this accounts.
• # Posses drive, motivation and acute attention to details in ensuring that all sales and project opportunity for both Traxon and ecue brands are capture and explored, actively manage the sales process from lead generation, though to qualification and brief acquisition before handling on to the project management team fro specification and project management.
• # Provide report to General Manager S & M such: monthly sales result, future trends, competition, suppliers, marketing initiative, product supply and distribution

Qualification:

• # Degree in Electrical, Architecture, or other subject related.
• Having a minimum of 3 years experience in MNC (International Organization) with LED Lighting or lighting control Industry.
• # Excellent in computer, Dialux or other lighting design software, Web based CRM software, CAD based program and working knowledge of DMX control Solution.
• # Relationship building skills, receptive to innovation and change, ability prioritize, Able to work with teams, and having driving license (A).
• # Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, Good Selling and Margin Management.
• # Result and process oriented. Good leadership, negotiation and sales analytical skills
