Head Of Security
Tangerang (Banten) - Lippo Karawaci | Closing Date: 26-1-12

Responsibilities:

• Develop security and safety standard and procedure for stores, distribution centre, and head office
• Maintain professional relationship with security providers to fulfill company needs.
• Set up security guards placement plan and rotation plan for all area of the company.
• Provide solution and recommendation of security and safety problems
• Responsible for security annual budget & programs nationally; and monitor the implementation accordingly
• Maintain good and professional relationship with external party related to security and safety
• Responsible to direct & develop teams

Requirements:

• Male, minimum Diploma Degree from reputable academy/university.
• Currently holds managerial level with minimum 7 years experience, with exposure managing security in several sites.
• Experience in retail industry would be an advantage
• English is a must and also proficient using MS-Office.
• Strong investigation & negotiation skills and also have wide networks.
• Good coordination & communication skill, trustworthy, strong leadership

Store Design Coordinator (Junior Manager)
Tangerang (Banten) - Lippo Karawaci | Closing Date: 26-1-12

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating the concept and lay out design for stores (new stores & renovation) and preparing work plan
• Coordinate with another department for matters related with drawing, fixture plan, signage, etc

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architect or Interior Design
• Minimum 7 years experience as interior designer/store designer (preferably in retail industry)
• Mastering Auto CAD, 3D Max, & Adobe Illustrator
• Innovative and has strong willingness to work in a highly creative environment.
• Strong leadership and coordination skill; fluent in English & computer literate

Senior Business Planner

Responsibilities:

• Develop merchandising budget plan
• Monitor and analyze merchandising performance
• Provide recommendation for improvement in Merchandising Division

Requirements:

• Male/Female, max. 35 years old, with minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
• Currently holds managerial level, with comprehensive experiences in budgeting.
• Min 5 years experiences in retail industry (field: Store Control / Merchandising / Budget Control).

Application Developer (VB 6)
