Sales / Key Account Executive ( concrete & Aggregate )
Jakarta Raya - Jakarta | Closing Date: 10-2-12

Responsibilities:
* Scope of works:
  • To maintain the achievement of sales target, growth the market share in major project to meet the budget and continuing or update Readymix Concrete & Aggregates data to Vertical Integration data Base requirements. This position also responsible for aggregate sales. Also as key user and Trainer of SAP SD module
Requirements:
* Education :
  • Graduate for Civil Engineer Degree
  • Good knowledge in Readymix Concrete & Aggregates Industry
* Experience :
  • 4 year experince in Marketing and sales ready mix & aggregates concrete industry
* Computer literacy:
  • Proficient with SAP-SD Module, word processing ( MS Office ),Lotusotus Notes and Vertical Integration Database ( VIDA )
* Language:
  • Good in English both oral or written
* Other qualification / skills:
  • Good communication and presentation skill Initiative
  • Experience and knowledge of working to sales target
  • Ability to deal with people from all level of the business
  • Ability to readerpret specification of key account project
  • Strong influencer / negotiator


Business Solution Executive - Lampung
Jawa Timur - Lampung | Closing Date: 10-2-12

Responsibilities:
  • Implement business operational system of franchisee (CPM & Franchise Retail) by installing them with Holcim’s Solusi Rumah Management System (especially in Inventory Management System for Franchise Retail and Enterprise Resource Planning for CPM facility). Ensuring Holcim’s Solusi Rumah shop outlets had sufficient knowledge of Solusi Rumah products, services and business model by managing the overall transfer knowledge process and/or training implementation in Solusi Rumah shop outlets all over Indonesia
Requirements:
* Education :
  • Bachelor Degree on Accounting, Business Administration, Computer- Accounting
* Experience :
  • A working knowledge with a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience of Accounting/Accounting Software
  • Knowledgeable and/or willing to learn about Accounting Software, banking/financial relations
* Computer literacy:
  • Computer literacy ; Accounting Software, banking/financial relations
* Language :
  • Good command in English both oral & written

Market Development Specialist
Jawa Barat - Region 1 - Narogong | Closing Date: 10-2-12

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate, on a daily basis through supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the sales services (includes house design, access to finance for house owners, land certification services), direct marketing, construction and production of Solusi Rumah products
  • Participate in the conceptual development of direct marketing activities, production, and construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation
  • Perform administrative and financial functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, preparing monthly financial report, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services
Requirements:
* Education :
  • Master Degree in Engineering
* Experience :
  • A working knowledge with a minimum of 5-10 years experience associated with the construction industry within Indonesia (and/or the region)
  • Has experienced project management and involvement directly on construction sites
* Computer literacy:
  • Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word
* Language :
  • Excellence command of written & spoken English
* Other qualification / skills :
